You read about Jesus in the Torah.......HE IS ALMIGHTY GOD, THE ROOT OF DAVID, THE FIRST & THE LAST.  You are REJECTING YOUR MESSIAH.  Like I said, So Long....... ~ Shalom The first letter in the name Yeshua ("Jesus") is the yod. Yod represents the "Y" sound in Hebrew. Many names in the Bible that begin with yod are mispronounced by English speakers because the yod in these names was transliterated in English Bibles with the letter "J" rather than "Y". This came about because in early English the letter "J" was pronounced the way we pronounce "Y" today. It means "Yahweh [the Lord] is Salvation." The English spelling of Yeshua is “Joshua.” However, when translated from Hebrew into the Greek language, the name Yeshua becomes Iēsous. The English spelling for Iēsous is “Jesus.” ~shalom

Darkness reported at Christ's Crucifixion Amos 8:9 written: 787 BC (Before Christ)
"And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord of God, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day:" Matthew 27:50-54. 50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.  51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom, and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared to many. 54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God. Luke 23:45-46 And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst. 46 And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, he said, Fathey into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. Coincidence?  A pagan historian by the name of Thallus, who lived shortly after the resurrection of Christ (about A.D. 52) wrote concerning a miraculous darkness that covered the earth at the Passover of A.D. 32 and attempted to explain it as an eclipse of the sun. There was no eclipse of the sun that year.
being proven guiltless...buried in a rich man's
tomb... Isaiah 53:9 written: 712 BC (Before Christ)
"And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth."
Matthew 27:57-60 "As evening approached, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who had himself become a disciple of Jesus. Going to Pilate, he asked for Jesus' body, and Pilate ordered that it be given to him. Joseph took the body, wrapped it in a clean linen cloth, and placed it in his own new tomb that he had cut out of the rock. He rolled a big stone in front of the entrance to the tomb and went away."
Isaiah 9:2 written: 740 BC (Before Christ)
"The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined."
Psalm 18.5: The grave wrapped its ropes around me; death itself stared me in the face.
Psalm 139.8: If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the place of the dead, you are there. The resurrection of Jesus/Yeshua
Psalm 16:10 written: 1018 BC (Before Christ)
"For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption." Matthew 28:9 "Suddenly Jesus met them. 'Greetings,' he said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him."
Jesus Christ is crucified outside Jerusalem on Golgotha. A Roman centurion, possibly Gaius Cassius, pierces Christ's side with a spear, and in doing so, fulfills an ancient Jewish prophesy describing the Messiah. Gaius Cassius is said to have converted to Christianity on the spot and becomes known to the early Christians as Longinus (the Spearman). ezekiel written: 587 BC (Before Christ)
33:30 Also, thou son of man, the children of thy people still are talking against thee by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak one to another, every one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word that cometh forth from the LORD.
33:31 And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they shew much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness.
33:32 And, lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear thy words, but they do them not.
33:33 And when this cometh to pass, (lo, it will come,) then shall they know that a prophet hath been among them.
Psalm 47:5
God has ascended with a mighty shout. The LORD has ascended with trumpets blaring.
Jesus Ascended into Heaven - witnessed by many:
Psalm 68:18 "When you ascended on high, you led captives in your train; you received gifts from men, even from the rebellious--that you, O Lord God, might dwell there."
Luke 24:50-51 - "When he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany, he lifted up his hands and blessed them. While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven."
Acts 1:9 - Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.

His Victory over death. Isaiah 25:8 written: 712 BC (Before Christ) - He will swallow up death forever, and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from all faces; the rebuke of His people he will take away from all the earth; for the LORD has spoken.
Hebrews 2:14 Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil,
John 19:30 So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, "It is finished!" And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.
  A priest like Melchizedek
Psalm 110:4 - The LORD has sworn and will not relent, "You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek."
Hebrews 5:5-6 - So also Christ did not glorify Himself to become High Priest, but it was He who said to Him: "You are My Son, today I have begotten You." As He also says in another place: "You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek"
Miraculous darkness when Christ died for our sins
* A pagan historian by the name of Thallus, who lived shortly after the resurrection of Christ. In about A.D. 52 he wrote concerning a miraculous darkness that covered the earth at the Passover of A.D. 32 and attempted to explain it as an eclipse of the sun. Julius Africanus, a Christian teacher in North Africa in A.D. 215, wrote concerning this historian's assertions, "Thallus, in the third book of his histories, explains away this darkness as an eclipse of the sun - unreasonably as it seems to me." Julius contends, and modern astronomers confirm, that the Paschal full moon in which the Passover occurred (the Passover in which Christ was crucified) could not have been eclipsed. Thus, no known natural explanation can be presented to explain the darkness referred to in the Bible as occurring during Christ's crucifixion.
 PHLEGON, A FIRST CENTURY HISTORIAN
[As quoted by Philopon]:
"And about this darkness...Phlegon recalls it in the Olympiads (the title of his history)." He says that "Phlegon mentioned the eclipse which took place during the crucifixion of the Lord Christ, and no other (eclipse), it is clear that he did not know from his sources about any (similar) eclipse in previous times...and this is shown by the historical account itself of Tiberius Caesar."
"And then the Jews drew the nails from the hands of the Lord and laid him on the earth. And the whole earth shook and there came a great fear."
   - Gospel of Peter 6:1
The Father turned His face (probably in great discomfort) as His Son Jesus took our sins fully upon Himself:
Matthew 27:45-46:
45 Now from ths sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour.  46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli,  lama sabachthani?  That is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
Read the words of Psalm 22, written by King David, one of Jesus' ancestors: "My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?" This psalm is a clear prophecy of the death of Christ, written hundreds of years before His birth. They were the last recorded words that He spoke before he died, nailed to the cross.
Some more Collateral (external) evidence of Jesus/Yeshua
The Jewish Babylonian Talmud (Sanhedrin 43a) from the Tannaitic Period recorded: "On the eve of the Passover Yeshu [the Nazarene] was hanged"....
On the eve of the Passover Yeshu [the Nazarene] was hanged. For forty days before the execution took place a herald went forth and cried, "He is going forth to be stoned because he has practiced sorcery and enticed Israel to apostasy. Anyone who can say anything in his favor, let him come and plead on his behalf." And since nothing was brought forward in his favor, he was hanged on the eve of Passover." Babylonian Talmud (Sanhedrin 43a)
The emperor Tiberius reigned from 14-37A.D.  This is the period during which Jesus the Christ died on the cross . Tacitus wrote about how the beliefs of this group (Christians) "Broke out not only in Judaea, the first source of (these ideas), but even in Rome", and he goes on to describe how the Christians were widely hated, and many put to death in Rome. All this accords with the New Testament record of Jesus, the disciples and the apostles first spreading their teaching in Judaea, and then throughout the Roman world, including Rome, with great opposition to them.
Suetonius, another Roman historian, commented on the reign of Claudius (41-54 AD): "Because the Jews at Rome caused continuous disturbances at the instigation of Chrestus, he (Claudius) expelled them from the city". "Chrestus" is another spelling of "Christ". Incidentally, Acts 18:2 describes how a Jewish couple named Aquila and Priscilla had to leave Rome because of the persecution of the Jews.
Josephus (born in Jerusalem 37 A.D.) the First Century Jewish General, Traitor, and excellent historian wrote the following about Jesus in his Antiquities (18:63), while writing for the Romans:
About this time there lived Jesus, a wise man if indeed one ought to call him a man. For he was one who wrought surprising feats and was a teacher of such people as accept the truth gladly. He won over many Jews and many of the Greeks. He was the Messiah. When Pilate, upon hearing him accused by men of the highest standing among us, had condemned him to be crucified, those who had in the first place come to love him did not cease. On the third day he appeared to them restored to life. For the prophets of God had prophesied these and myriads of other marvellous things about him. And the tribe of the Christians, so called after him, has still up to now, not disappeared.
This above passage is known as the Testimonium Flavianum. The "Testimonium" is found in every copy of Jesusphus in existence.
In book 20, Josephus also wrote the following:
Second, in Book 20 there is what could be called a passing reference to Jesus in a paragraph describing the murder of Jesus' brother, James, at the hands of Ananus, the High Priest.
But the younger Ananus who, as we said, received the high priesthood, was of a bold disposition and exceptionally daring; he followed the party of the Sadducees, who are severe in judgment above all the Jews, as we have already shown. As therefore Ananus was of such a disposition, he thought he had now a good opportunity, as Festus was now dead, and Albinus was still on the road; so he assembled a council of judges, and brought before it the brother of Jesus the so-called Christ, whose name was James, together with some others, and having accused them as lawbreakers, he delivered them over to be stoned.
In the British Museum an interesting manuscript preserving the text of a letter written some time later than A.D. 73, but how much later we cannot be sure. This letter was sent by a Syrian named Mara Bar-Serpion to his son Serapion. Mara Bar-Serapion was in prison at the time, but he wrote to encourage his son in the pursuit of wisdom, and pointed out that those who persecuted wise men were overtaken by misfortune. He instances the deaths of Socrates, Pythagoras and Christ:
What advantage did the 'Athenians gain from putting Socrates to death? Famine and plague came upon them as a judgment for their crime. What advantage did the men of Samos gain from burning Pythagoras? In a moment their land was covered with sand. What advantage did the Jews gain from executing their wise King? It was just after that that their kingdom was abolished...the Jews, ruined and driven from their land, live in complete dispersion..."
Tacitus was a Roman historian wrote two major books about the first century ("Annals" and the "Histories").  In both of these books,  Jesus and Christianity are mentioned. In about 115 A.D. Tacitus wrote the following in his "Annals":
"A class hated for their abominations, called Christians by the populace. Christus, from whom the name had its origin, suffered the extreme penalty during the reign of Tiberius at the hands of one of our procurators, Pontius Pilate".

Prophecy of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ (He will return from exactly the same place He ascended into heaven): Only in Jesus is there a promise of life.  Allah makes no such promise. Jesus said; "I am the resurrection and the life.  The one who believes in Me, even if he dies, will live" (John 11:25)
and
"Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life." -John 5:24
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)
"And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.  And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee" (Zechariah 12:4-5)
THE RELIABILITY OF THE NEW TESTAMENT
Liberal scholars have long argued that the New Testament cannot be considered reliable as it was, in their opinion, written over 100 years after the events it described. If this were true, considering that the authors claims to have personally witnessed their accounts, the Scriptures must be false, or at least unreliable. So widespread were these sentiments, and so loudly and publicly proclaimed, that even today, after overwhelming documentary evidence proves that these texts were written within 30-35 years of the actual events, many still believe them to be historically inaccurate. Capitalizing on this feeling, many scholars now claim that these Scriptures, while accurate historically, must have been contaminated over the years with additional and erroneous information, accounts and statements by well-meaning believers during the last few decades of the first century.
Consider that the modern scholars now possess over 5000 manuscript copies of the New Testament in the original Greek, as well as over 15,000 manuscripts in other languages, all from the first few centuries of this era. No other important historical or religious text has more than a few dozen copies surviving from this time. These 20,000 different texts can be shown to contain some minor differences, in spelling for example, but no difference in even one small fact or single doctrine. These documents give scholars the strongest possible evidence to confirm the accuracy of the New Testament text as well as confirming their widespread distribution among the churches during the last four decades of the first century. That is, within 30-35 years of the actual events. Simply put, if the liberal scholars claims are true, how were ALL these copies of Scripture altered in exactly the same way within only a few decades without any of the devout Christians noticing?
In order to counter the assertion that changes had been introduced into the Scriptures during this time, consider a few points:
-These Scriptures had been, and were still being, widely distributed throughout the churches during the few years after their being written by the apostles.
-Many of the Christians hearing or reading these Scriptures in the churches had personally known the apostles, or Christ Himself, or at least heard them minister.
-These Christians would have been keenly aware of any changes in the basic truths these Scriptures presented.
-One of Christ's original apostles, John, was still alive during this time and was bishop over the seven churches in Turkey until the first few years of the next century. He certainly would have instantly recognized any "new" or altered portions of the Scriptures that came before him.
-The Greek originals of the Scriptures were widely copied into a variety of languages and distributed widely in Hebrew, Syriac, Latin, Coptic, etc. to churches in surrounding areas many years before the turn of the century. These would certainly have proven as impossible to influence as the original Greek.
Furthermore, consider the significance of the fact that no Jew or Roman alive at the time ever openly denied the Scriptural record of Jesus Christ's life, death, ministry or resurrection. Certainly, with the Christian "cult" growing so rapidly throughout the regions and even into nearby countries in those early days, anyone having evidence to contradict the Scriptural account would certainly have likely been compelled to present it publicly.

THE BACKSTORY
Before you watch, let me first tell you a story regarding the song in this video. Songwriter/Singer Christene Jackman shared that recently her mom handed her an old, worn little bible. It turned out to be the gift her father had given her mother the day of Christene's birth. Opening the tattered front page, she discovered scripture references scribbled by the hand of her late father outlining the Way of Salvation, as well as one specific psalm. That psalm listed was: Psalm 27, one that had always been among her favorites throughout her life. Jackman has now recorded this moving musical interpretation of Psalm 27 in keeping with the Psalm that was spoken over her life at birth by her father and her Heavenly Abba. "Coincidence" is not a kosher word :)

A great luminous cross appeared in the heavens over Golgotha
A great sign appeared during the first year of Bishop Cyril's (born at/near Jerusalem in 315 A.D.) episcopate in Jerusalem, in the year 351, at nine o'clock in the morning of May 7.  This was in the era of the "Arian heresy", in which the relationship of Christ to God the Father had been placed in question.
In a letter to the Roman Emperor Constantius, Bishop Cyril wrote; "on the nones of May, about the third hour, a great luminous cross appeared in the heavens, just over Golgotha, reaching as far as the holy mount of Olivet, seen, not by one or two persons, but clearly and evidently by the whole city.  This was not, as might be thought, a fancy-bred and transient appearance: but it continued several hours together, visible to our eyes and brighter than the sun.  The whole city, penetrated alike with awe and with joy at this portent, ran immediately to the church, all with one voice giving praise to our Lord Jesus Christ, the only Son of God."  Cyril continued; "Everyone saw that the pious Christian faith consisted not in the disputable words of human wisdom."  Thus Cyril gave an account of it to the emperor, and the faithful regarded it as a presage of victory over the Arian heretics.  Church historians Socrates, Sozomen, and others also wrote of this apparition.
Also, while Cyril was Bishop of Jerusalem, the apostate emperor Julian resolved to defy the words of Our Lord (Luke 21:6) by rebuilding the ancient temple of Jerusalem. He employed the power and resources of a Roman emperor; the Jews thronged enthusiastically to him and gave munificently. But Cyril was unmoved. “The word of God abides,” he said; “one stone shall not be laid on another.”  History records that The combination of an earthquake in Jerusalem, Julian's death, and opposition from the rabbis (who were now the Jews' spiritual leaders in place of the former temple priesthood) put an end to the project shortly after work on it had begun.  Another report by a pagan writer tells us that horrible flames came forth from the earth, rendering the place inaccessible to the scorched and frightened workmen. The attempt was made again and again, and then abandoned in despair. Soon after, the emperor perished miserably in a war against the Persians, and the Church had rest..
Bishop Cyril died in peace in 386, leaving behind his Catechetical Lectures (systematic teaching of the Church on the Creed and Sacraments), which are a precious monument of Christian antiquity.  He lived to see the suppression and condemnation of Arianism at the end of his life.
The Azazel (Scapegoat) - While the First and Second Temples in Jerusalem were standing, the Jewish high priest would go out into the Temple court and lay his hands over the head of the scapegoat, confessing over it the sins of the people of Israel. Then the goat would be taken outside the city and released into the wilderness. This symbolized the removal (carrying away) of the sins from the people of Israel. According to the Talmud, a scarlet cord was tied around the neck of the scapegoat. The cord was reported to have turned white as the goat was led away from the city.
The Babylonian Talmud records that for the last forty years before the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 A.D. - that would have been just about the time Yeshua was offered up as the final sacrifice - the scarlet cord around the neck of the scapegoat failed to turn white.
In Yeshua, all our sins are carried away "as far as east is from west" (Psalm 103:12). Yeshua is not only our High Priest, but He is also the final sacrifice who takes away our sins. Because of Yeshua/Jesus's sacrifice, Your Name is Written in the Book of Life.If you are worshipping in spirit and in truth then you are observing through spirit not tongue......isaiah 26 and 1 corinthians 2....overall it is the spirit that moves us to keep the way and how to keep the ways ezekiel 36 much love amen LOVE THIS! Question to Jewis Rabbis?
Why have you rabbis lawlessly wrested authority from the kohanim (priests) and are now missionizing Jewish people away from a faith squarely founded on true Biblical apocalyptic Torah Judaism as taught by the Jewish Bible?"
A Rabbi may answer: "Because the priesthood became corrupted by the Romans, and then the Temple was destroyed in 70 C.E."
Have you considered this?
"One kohen (priest) was not corrupted and his temple was not destroyed."
A Rabbi may ask: "Which one was that?"
The Truth is: "The Messiah-Priest that King David foretold in Psalm 110,[1] the portentous priest Zechariah also identified with the name of Moshiach (Messiah) in Zechariah[2] [3]--the very name Ezra called Yeshua (Aramaic form of Yehoshua) in the book of Ezra!"[4]
The history of the Exodus is given to us in the Torah of Moses. There we read that a whole rebellious generation passed away leaving only a righteous remnant of two holy survivors of the Exodus to inherit the promised life in the Holy Land: Yehoshua (or Joshua--the Aramaic form is Yeshua--see Nehemiah 8:17) and Caleb. This is paradigmatic history, for it provides a prophetic model as a sign of things to come, as does the prophecy about Moshiach found in the reference to the two ominous olive trees in the book of Zechariah 4.[5] In fact, Yehoshua (or Joshua) is himself a sign of the Moshiach, as we shall see. The fact that the Aramaic form of Yehoshua or Joshua is Yeshua [see Nehemiah 8:17] when we see that the Tanakh teaches this name is to become Moshiach's personal name. "Joshua/Yeshua" is indeed one of the portentous and ominous names of "anshei mofet" ("sign-men) in the Hebrew Scriptures.[2]"
And, in the Jewish Bible, Yeshayah (Isaiah) 49:8 [6] infers that Yehoshua or Joshua/Yeshua is in fact a sign of the Moshiach. Therefore, if anyone wants to argue, let him argue with G-d and his holy Word in the writing of his holy prophet, Isaiah. It was Joshua who assigned the land of the promised inheritance to the individual tribes and families. Isaiah 49:8 alludes to this activity. This key verse infers that King Moshiach, the Servant of the L-rd, is the new Joshua, for in his own person the Moshiach will bring the promised new life for the people, which is their covenant inheritance.
A Rabbi may ask: If Moshiach is the one who is the Prince of Peace, the new Joshua, as it were, to bring the people out of the Golus (Exile) and into the land of eternal Sabbath rest, then where is all the world peace the Prophets said the Moshiach would bring?"
Answer: G-d did not promise peace to a world that rejects him, Rabbi. But those who receive the spiritual bris milah (covenant of circumcision) and the justification peace the Moshiach brings are in actuality raised to a new spiritual existence with Moshiach in anticipation of the Olam haBa (the World to Come), and in anticipation of the Resurrection Age and its peace. But how can we have the latter if we refuse the former? How can we have the Olam haBa of Moshiach if we reject Moshiach's New Covenant life in the Ruach haKodesh (Holy Spirit)?
To continue, Bamidbar (Numbers) 34:19 [7] tells us that Caleb was from the Moshiach's tribe, the tribe of Judah. Caleb in the history of the Torah is thus a continuing sign-man or mofet man (mofet is Hebrew for sign or omen or portent [2]) of the remnant of one, the King Moshiach of the tribe of Judah, indicated before Caleb in places like Bereshis (Genesis) 49:10 [8] and after Caleb in several places in the Jewish Bible. This righteous-remnant-of-one motif reappears later in the Servant Songs of Yeshayah (Isaiah) chapters 42-53, where an idealized Israel is called Yeshurun [9] and then is seen in counterpoint to a suffering, dying and death-conquering Moshiach, the Servant of the L-rd.
`A prophet will the L-rd thy G-d raise up unto thee, from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me (Moses)."[14] That Deuteronomy 18:15, then, is a Messianic prophecy fulfilled ultimately in the Moshiach, the Son of David, should be clear enough. Confirmation comes in II Samuel [16] and in Isaiah,[17] which tell us that David's "house" will bring the Moshiach, and also in Ezekiel, which gives us the title of Moshiach, "David my Servant". [18]

One Must be a Christian to be Saved!  References for this is found in John 14:6; Acts 4:12, and 26:28; 1 Peter 4:16. One cannot be a Christian without verbally confessing the deity of Jesus the Christ. One cannot even pray to God, let alone have sins remitted by Him, without approaching Him through Jesus (John 14:6 and 13, 15:16; 16:23-24; Romans 5:2, and Ephesians 2:18). "The Father judges no one but has given all judgment to the Son, so that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Anyone who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent him." ( John 5:22-23)
"If I am not doing the works of my Father, then do not believe me; but if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father." ( John 10:37-38)
I know Muslims and Mormons, Christian Scientists, Jehovah Witnesses, Unitarians, Scientologists, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, Seventh Day Adventists -and many others - will not want to hear this, but the Bible declares that Jesus was the FINAL revelation of God to man (Hebrews 1:1-3). There have been no others.
All Christian and Jewish Scripture point toward the Messiah's coming. With God, what seems to be a contradiction or paradox is in reality only the fact that only God knows in advance what is to come. How could God come to earth and be born a child, yet remain God? With God, nothing is impossible. Muslems and Jews seem to be facing this same dilemma that those Jews who awaited the Messiah before Jesus arose faced. It all seems so impossible to both Muslems and Jews. The greatest of kings; born in the humblest of places.... God, born in the flesh! This is what those Jews alive before Jesus came knew from their prophets and prophecies about the coming Messiah. It all seemed impossible --like a contradictory paradox --until after Jesus came. Suddenly the impossible fell into place: Jesus, Father of Eternity, yet a Son in time; Chosen of God and elect, yet despised of man; Born King of the Jews, yet rejected by them; Born of a woman, a virgin, yet had no father; Came from Bethlehem, Egypt, Nazareth. Prophecy says "Out of (Bethlehem) shall he come forth" (Micah 5:2); "I have called my son out of Egypt" (Hosea 11:1, Matthew 2:15), "He shall be called a Nazarene" (Isaiah 11:1, Matthew 2:23). Jan 07
Archeology News: Christian gravesite found on the Mount of Olives
Christian Scholars are excavating a site which may hold clues to some of the burials of those left behind after Jesus departure.  A white cross has been found with the Greek inscription, 'To The God Jesus Christos'.  This same inscription was found in a ruin adjacent to Megiddo prison in Israel, where a mosaic floor also had written in ancient Greek, “To the God, Jesus Christo.” 1290 & 1335 days of Daniel (Daniel 12:11-12) Proof the true God of the Bible and prophecy (Yahweh/ Jehovah/I am/Jesus) considers Islam as an evil  pagan religion. He is disgusted with those monstrosity's on the Temple Mount.
Daniel 12:11 "And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. 12 Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days. 13 But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days."  (written about 550 B.C.)
The previous two versus tell us that we are in the "last days" before Jesus returns; because this prophecy was sealed till "the time of the end".  And that there will be scoffers about the importance of this prophecy:
Daniel 9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. 10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand. Daniel 12 (KJV) online: here
The "abomination of desolation" already happened exactly on schedule (Daniel's 1290 day prophecy).  When the pagan Islamic Dome of the Rock and the al-Aksa Mosque were built on the temple mount, it made this holy place "desolated" or contaminated.  This was built during the 685 to 705 AD period.
The formula for changing old testament 360 day years into our 365.24 day solar years is: x .9857 Daniel gave 2 numbers.  The 2nd number 1335 - is the "double check," or checkSUM number:  Subtract this figure from 1948 when Israel was reborn after 2500 years and then multiply it by .9857 and you get another significant year for the Jews, Christians and all of western civilization. This figure plops exactly onto the year the false prophet, Muhammad of Islam died, and was lowered into a grave in Medina.
A little after midday of 8 June, 632, the 62 year old Muhammad died in the house of his wife A'isha who he married when she was 6 (or 7) years old.  Muslim historians back to the early 800's A.D. tell us that Muhammad consummated his marriage with A'isha when she was only 9  - when he was in his 50's. See the Muslim references for this: here

Psalm 118 is the last of the Messianic Psalms, the others being 2, 8, 16, 18, 22, 24, 40, 41, 45, 68, 69, 91, 97, 102 and 110.
I couldn't find Ezekiel 48:45.  Please reply letting me know what the last verse noted was supposed to be.
I looked up Ezekiel chapter 48 and found the chapter ended at verse 35 so it was probably an error in putting 45 up there instead of 35. Verse 35 did end with, "The LORD is there."
I appreciate your song. I came across this song last year. Deeply impressive. Then I've heard many times. We read Ps118(117) at Thanksgiving Moleben. From Japanese orthodox christian.

Bible Verses Stating Jesus is God also. Jesus was: "God Among Us"
" Shema Yisrael Adonai Eloheinu Adonai Echad."
"Hear, O Israel: the Lord our God is one Lord"
deuteronomy 6: 4
But, our one God is Spirit and Light, with 3 natures
Jesus is God also, a part of the same spirit and the same light of the Father.
The Son is subservient to the Father nature as being Greater than the Son. When Jesus was fully man (and fully God), He was "positionally" inferior to the Father.  The Son is also the Logos, and the Word of God, who made everything seen & unseen by His Word.
The Father is acquiescent to the Son nature for our Salvation (our only mediator).
The Holy Spirit permeates all to bring us knowledge of God.
For more on this, and Jesus' statement:
"I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater [meizon] than I"
  Reference to the Trinity
16 Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord GOD, and his Spirit, hath sent me. 17 Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel;  Isaiah 48:16-17
The New Testament doctrine of the Trinity is evident in such a verse as John 15:26, where the Lord Jesus said:  "But when the Comforter is come whom I will send unto you from the Father, He shall testify of me."
The baptismal formula shows 3:
"baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost" (Matthew 28:19).
1st. Note how Jesus always cast out demons, cured the sick, and did miracles in His own name.  Also, on several occasions Jesus deliberately said; "I AM".  This would never have been taken lightly by any Jew of Jesus' time.
Think!  Take for example Jesus’ words in John 10:30, “I and the Father are one.” When first encountered, this might not seem to be a claim to be God. However, when we look at the Jews’ reaction to His statement, “For a good work we stone thee not; replied the Jews, but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.” (John 10:33). Now we see an actual claim.  The Jews understood Jesus’ statement to be a claim to be God. In the following verses, Jesus never corrects the Jews by saying, “I did not claim to be God.” That indicates Jesus was truly saying He was God by declaring, “I and the Father are one” (John 10:30).

John 8:58 is another example. Jesus declared, "I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. " Again, in response, the Jews take up stones in an attempt to stone Jesus (John 8:59). Why would the Jews want to stone Jesus if He hadn’t said something they believed to be blasphemous, namely, a claim to be God? John repeatedly tells us of the Lord's connection to "I Am".  See John: 4:26, 8:24, 8:28, 8:58,and 13:19.  The Apostle Paul tells us that Jesus "..is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist." (Colossians 1:15-17)
John 1:1 says that “the Word was God.” John 1:14 says that “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us” This clearly indicates that Jesus is God in the flesh. Acts 20:28 tells us, "...Be shepherds of the church of God, which He bought with His own blood." Who bought the church with His own blood? Jesus Christ. Acts 20:28 declares that God purchased the church with His own blood. Therefore, Jesus is God!
To try and grasp the Trinity, first understand that God the Father the Son and Holy Spirit are Spirit, light, awesomeness, power, justice and love -- and He in no way conforms to a human's understanding.  Jesus told us God is Spirit.  Shine two beams of light on the same spot, and you have the light of one, separate, yet also the same as the others.  An example of Jesus' light and the Father's light as the same is at this true Near Death Experience here. Next, try to grasp Jesus' nature as being both totally human and totally God. To help you with this consider these paradoxes by early church father Gregory of Nazianzus (329-390 A.D.). Gregory used these to argue against Arianism.
"He was baptized as a man -- but He remitted sins as God...He was tempted as man, but he conquered as God...He hungered -- but He fed thousands...He was wearied, but He is the rest of them that are weary and heavy-laden. He was heavy with sleep, but He walked lightly over the sea...He pays tribute, but it is out of a fish; yea He is the king of those who demanded it...He prays, but he hears prayer. He weeps, but He causes tears to cease. He asks where Lazarus was laid, for He was man; but He raises Lazarus, for He was God. He is sold, and very cheap, for it is only for thirty pieces of silver; but He redeems the world, and that at a great price, for the price was His blood. As a sheep he is led to the slaughter, but He is the shepherd of Israel, and now of the whole world also...He is bruised and wounded, but He heals every disease and every infirmity. He is lifted up and nailed to the tree, but by the tree of life He restores us. He dies, but he gives life, and by His death He destroys death."
Cyril of Alexandria (376 - 444 AD) says, ‘Indeed, the mystery of Christ runs the risk of being disbelieved precisely because it is so incredibly wonderful.  For God was in humanity.  He who was above all creation was in our human condition; the invisible one was made visible in the flesh; he who is from the heavens and from on high was in the likeness of earthly things; the immaterial one could be touched; he who is free in his own nature came in the form of a slave; he who blesses all creation became accursed; he who is all righteousness was numbered among the transgressors; life itself came in the appearance of death.  All this followed because the body, which tasted death, belonged to no other but to him who is the Son by nature,’  [On the Unity of Christ]
And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. 1 Timothy 3:16

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.  Isaiah 7:14  (written: 712 BC (Before Christ)

The Jews answered him [Jesus], saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. John 10:33
When many were about to stone Jesus for blasphemy (John 10:30-39), He said to them that said he blasphemed "because I said, I am the Son of God?" (John 10:36).

The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. Psalm 110:1
he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? John 14:9
"Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me?  The words that I say to you I do not speak on my own authority; but the Father who dwells in me does his works." ( John 14:10)
And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. John 17:5

And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel (means God Among Us).
Note: "his wings" Isaiah 8:8 ...See the prophecy of the Tzit-Tzit (fringes of His gown) that Jesus fulfilled here
"Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in earth. Once, a paralytic man was presented before Jesus for healing (Luke 5:17-26), and Jesus said, “Man, thy sins are forgiven thee” (Luke 5:20).  And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, Who is this which speaketh blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone? (Luke 5:21).  But Jesus (God in flesh) knew their thoughts and queried,
But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answering said unto them, What reason ye in your hearts? Whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Rise up and walk? But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power upon earth to forgive sins, (he said unto the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy couch, and go into thine house. (Luke 5:22-24)
And immediately he rose up before them, and took up that whereon he lay, and departed to his own house, glorifying God

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. (Revelation 1:8)
Jehovah shares His glory only with Jesus...
In Isaiah 42:8 Jehovah himself is speaking, and He emphatically declares "I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images." Again, in Isaiah 48:11, Jehovah is speaking, and He declares: "For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another."
John 17:5 tells us Jesus said; "And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was."
Of course that is Jesus speaking of being part of the Godhead Himself. Since God will not share His glory. And Jesus tells us He had this glory with Yahweh/Jehovah before creation. What more proof from Jehovah or the lips of Jesus do you want?
The Scriptures bear unmistakable testimony to the creative activity of God's Son, distinguishing Him from among the "things" created, as the Creator and Sustainer of  "all things."
The Book of Colossians:
The entire context of Colossians 1:15-27 is filled with superlatives in its description of the Lord Jesus as the "image of the invisible God, the first begetter [or according to Erasmus ''original bringer forth''] of every creature."
The Apostle Paul lauds the Son of God as Creator of all things (v.16) and describes Him as existing "before all things" and as the one by whom "all things consist" (v.17). This is in perfect harmony with the entire picture Scripture paints of the Eternal Word of God (John 1:1), who was made flesh (John 1:14) and of whom it was written: "All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made" (John 1:3). The writer of Hebrews also pointed out that God's Son "[upholds] all things by the word of his power" (Hebrews 1:3) and that He is Deity in all its fullness, even as Paul wrote to the Colossians: "For...in him should all fullness (of God) dwell" (Colossians 1:19)

WHAT ABOUT THIS "SON OF MAN" THING?
The expression, “son of man,” was used in the Old Testament by Daniel as the term for the Messiah Who, at His second descent to earth at the end of this age, would come “...with the clouds of heaven” (Daniel 7:13,14).  This same scene was described in more detail by John:
And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle. (Revelation 14:14).
Concomitantly, Jesus’ favorite term for Himself was the “Son of Man” (Matthew 8:20, 9:6, 10:23, 12:8,32,40, 13:37,41, 16:27,28, 17:9,12,22, 18:11, 19:28, 20:18,28, 24:27,30,37,39,44, 25:31, 26:2,24,45; John 1:51, 5:27, 6:27,62, 8:28, 9:35, 12:23, 13:31).  Using “Son of Man” really was an expression of humility, an indication of how God actually had been willing to lower Himself to mankind’s level by being born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18-25).  Now, it generally was accepted by the chief priests and teachers of the law that “Son of Man” meant “Son of God.”
When Jesus was led before the council of the elders of the people (Luke 22:66-71), He made the statement that “...Hereafter shall the Son of man sit on the right hand of the power of God.,” they asked, “Are you then the Son of God?” (22:69,70a).  Jesus replied, “Then said they all, Art thou then the Son of God? And he said unto them, Ye say that I am. His enemies confirmed that they understood this to be a claim by Jesus to be the Son of God by their response, “And they said, What need we any further witness? for we ourselves have heard of his own mouth. ”
